Current Adult Exercise Classes:
Zumba, Fit Fusion, COMMIT and Yoga ~ We have you covered!
*all classes at Yeoman's Hall unless specified/last minute location change*
FIT FUSION ~ Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays, 4:30 - 5:30 PM Join instructor Carolyn Ritchie for a total body workout for all fitness levels.
YOGA ~ Mondays, 6:30 - 7:30 PM Join instructor Laura Jacques for a workout that will encompass breathing, stretching, strength and balance all in one. All experience levels welcome!
ZUMBA ~ Tuesdays, 7 - 8 PM. Join instructor Martin Ricardo for an exhilarating, heart pumping dance class. Fun & Fitness all in one!
COMMIT -~ NEW START TIME! Wednesdays, 6 - 7 PM Join Instructor Karen Ricardo for a fun, high intensity interval training style dance class from music all over the world. All ages, fitness levels and abilities welcome!

Men's Basketball, Co-ed Volleyball, Women's Basketball ~ begin first week of September. All programs located at Horace Porter School Gymnasium.
Men's Basketball: Mondays, September 11th - May 20th *Note various time changes throughout the year.
Co-ed Volleyball: Tuesdays, September 5th - October 24th; 7 - 9 PM
Women's Basketball: Wednesdays, September 6th - October 18th; 7 - 9 PM
