Bids and RFPs

Purchasing regulations are established by the Town Charter and by policies established by the Board of Selectmen.

The Town of Columbia does not have a "bid list." For significant purchases, the Town may issue Requests For Proposals (RFP's) and Requests For Qualifications (RFQ's) via local newspapers, the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services website, and/or via this portion of the Town website.
