Town Administrator

The Town Administrator is responsible to and works under the direction of the First Selectman and Board of Selectmen.  The Town Administrator is responsible for the administration of all non-elected departments and agencies of the Columbia Municipal Government.

The Town Administrator is the Town's main contact on matters concerning Freedom of Information Requests, Human Resources/Personnel, Risk Management/Insurance, Purchasing, and Pistol Permits.
