Elderly and Totally Disabled Benefits

Please visit the Assessor's Office to apply for all state programs. Most programs are processed on our computers now. If you have applied before we will notify you when you need to come in to reapply. If you are going to be a new applicant you will need to bring some documentation with you. They are:

Renters program- You will need to bring income documentation of either a copy of your tax return or all of your income proofs which generally are in 1099 form. You will also need  a copy of your 1099 Social Security form,  proof of your monthly electric payments or any other utilities you pay and proof of your monthly rent payments made in the prior year.

Homeowners program- You will need to bring income documentation of either a copy of your tax return or all of your income proofs which generally are in 1099 form. You will also need  a copy of your 1099 Social Security form.
