NOTARY REGISTRATION AND NOTARIZING OF DOCUMENTS: A notary public who resides in the Town of Columbia must register in the Town Clerk’s office when he receives his notary certificate from the State of Connecticut. The registration fee is $20.00 (July 1, 2018)

forms of identification.
There is a $5 fee for the first and $3 for following notarization on the same document.
