THE TOWN OF COLUMBIA is soliciting bids from Qualified firms, including individuals (hereinafter “Contractor” or “Firm”) interested in providing construction services at its DPW facility at 89 RT 6. No oral of facsimile bid proposals are permitted or shall be considered as valid for the purposes of the DPW Office HVAC at 89 RT 6., Columbia CT Solicitation Number 02-2023.

Specifications and RFP documents may be obtained from The RFP documents will be available from the Town Administration Office at Town Hall, 323 Route 87, Columbia, Connecticut, telephone number (860) 228-0110 or the Town’s website, www.columbiact.org.

A copy of the plans can be obtained at Columbia Town Hall in the Building Department. Questions may be addressed through the building office 860-228-0440.
